Inner silicon layer composite production line

This production line is mainly used to produce HDPE with silicon pipes. With the proper design of the whole production line, it is easy to operate, highly automatic, able to ensure stable quality of continuous production. It can also realize the high speed production. The main raw material for HDPE with silicon pipes is high density polythene. The pipes manufactured by three plastic extruders and the multi-headpieces, can be used as the sheathing coat for electrical cables and optical cables in the telecommunication express way projects. Extruder: it has used direct currents speed regulator, the high efficient unpack format BM screw and simultaneous spiral headpieces. Diameter setting part: it has adopted vacuum negative pressure setting unit and recycled water spray cooling unit and it is made of stainless steel. The cooling length is 20 meters. Drawing part: it has adopted pneumatic gripping and the frequency control systems which enable the stable drawing of the pipes. Automatic control: by using PLC programmable computer control system, it can realize the programmed control of temperature, extruding quantity, and could automatically measure the drawing and batching length and print the label automatically.
